Simple Steps to Join the Olexa Education Roster

How It Works for Educators

01 Terms for Educators, Interest Form and Application Documents

If you are interested in joining the Olexa Education Roster, go to the for Educator Applicants tab on the Contact Page. Fully read and agree to the Terms for Educators. Fill out the form and upload a cover letter, resume, current teaching certificate, and your level 2 background screening results (if applicable.)

02 Multi-Staged Interviews

We review application materials and schedule initial interviews on a rolling basis. At the initial interview we will spend time getting to know you personally and professionally. Additional interviews include a brief lesson demo, thoughtful resposnses to open-ended questions, and requested reference checks.

03 The Olexa Education Roster and Client Interviews

Qualified candidates are added to the Olexa Education Roster! You will be contacted when we have a family match. Prior to meeting one of our special families in person, you will interview with them multiple times via video conferencing.

04 Official Terms

If both the family and the educator feel it's the right pairing, they will proceed to discuss and agree upon the terms. The family will then issue a formal offer, made contingent on the satisfactory outcome of an in-depth background screening coordinated by Olexa Education.

05 Transition Support

We empower educators by providing comprehensive support throughout their transition. From outlining key expectations to coordinating conversations, we equip each individual for success as a private educator where the hiring family becomes their direct employer.
